Both are highly precarious and totally choice in the right weather conditions. The last two weekends have been devoted to gathering firewood for the fireplace with my best good friend Anna, in case you wanted to know. It is the best and only option when it comes to heating our home at the moment, and I have been busying myself trying (and failing miserably) to chop wood to support the cause. I am in the middle of The Road by Cormac McCarthey and I have convinced myself that it is a skill I need to build.<br /><br />I resent the fact that I let my camera get stolen in Costa Rica, specifically because of the difficulty it is going to create in establishing online cred and blog appeal.
